Humans have different motivations depending on the number of factors such as personality, ambition, education and age.
With the motivation of people will be encouraged to work towards its goals and objectives as confident and aware of the goodness, interests and benefits. For students motivation is very important because it can move towards a positive student behavior so that they can face any charges, and bear the risk of difficulties in learning.
Motivation has a very important function in student learning, since motivation will determine the intensity of the effort made by the student learning. Hawley (Joseph, 2003: 14) states that students who have high motivation, learning is better than the students who have low motivation. This means that students who have a high learning motivation will be diligent in learning and continue to learn continuously without knowing the desperate and can rule out things that can interfere with learning
