The kinds of discipline, according to experts
eith Davis and John W. Newstrom in Triguno (1997: 50-51), stated that the discipline has three (3) different forms, namely:
1 Discipline Preventive
Discipline Preventive action is compelled to obey human resources in order standard or regulation. The main aim is to encourage human resources in order to have a high personal discipline, so that the role of leadership is not too heavy to control or coercion, which can turn off the initiative and creativity as well as the participation of HR.
2. Corrective Discipline
Corrective discipline is an act done after the standard or rule violation, the action is intended to prevent further violations. The action is usually a certain punishment commonly known as a disciplinary action, which include a warning, suspension, dismissal.
3. Discipline progressive
Progressive discipline is repeated disciplinary action in the form of increasingly severe penalties, with the intention that the offender could improve before the severe punishment meted out.
